Yoga helps us to get profound respiration which broadens the oxygen consumption to the system cells, together with the plump cells.
Yogic exercises cause more continual and deeper respiration which slowly but surely burns.
Yoga helps stretch out muscles and ligaments, tone the body, and the greatest benefit is that it helps to clear the mind. Having a clear mind works toward a healthy body. Yoga help you energize and keep pace with spirit of day-to-day pressure and fatigue.
You can see automatic healing, it is self driving and changes can been seen from the first day of practicing yoga.

The alarming fact is that food … now being raised on millions of
acres of land that no longer contain enough … minerals
are starving us, no matter how much of them we eat …
Lacking vitamins, the system [body] can make use minerals,
BUT
Lacking minerals, vitamins are useless
USA Senate document 264, 74th Congress,1936___________________________________
Deficiency — U.S. Population
Magnesium: 75%
Iron: 58%
Copper: 81%
Manganese: 50%
Chromium: 50%
Zinc: 67%
It has been recorded that 40% of the people who say they “feel good” actually suffer from some kind of a chronic disease. It is a well-known fact that more than 99% of Americans to some extent are deficient in minerals that are required for the maintenance of a healthy body.
Minerals are essential to the functioning of organ systems and our entire body. Some of these minerals exist in large amounts in our body such as calcium. Others such as manganese exist in trace amounts but are, nonetheless, critical to our health and well- being.
Minerals are inorganic substances that regulate processes within the body. Minerals are in different structures within the body to create enzymes, hormones, skeletal bones, skeletal tissues, teeth and fluids. Calcium and phosphorus are the two most common minerals found in the body. Some of the other prevalent minerals found in the body are: iron, zinc, sodium, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, copper, chloride and others.
A simple preventive measure to help insure a properly working healthy body (mentally and physically)
would be to take a good mineral supplement.
